How tuition works
We don't print tuition here, because it depends on the room and the schedule. Here is what sets it and how it is paid.
Tuition depends on your child's room and age and on the schedule you choose: three mornings, five mornings or the school day. Our figures are on our enrollment page, and we go through them with you on a tour.

Registration
A registration fee covers the enrollment file and the first set of materials. It is due when you apply, and the enrollment page says what it is.
Holding a place
A place is held once we have your enrollment form and a deposit, and the deposit goes toward the first month's tuition. When a room is full, families join a waitlist for that room and schedule, and we offer places in the order families joined.

Billing
Tuition is billed once a month. Most families pay by autopay through our parent portal; if another arrangement works better for yours, tell us at the tour.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether South Carolina child care assistance works with our tuition. We will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do, and we would rather you ask before you apply.
Siblings
If you have more than one child at Spindle, ask us how we handle it. The enrollment page says, and we explain it on the tour.
Withdrawing
We ask for a month's notice before a child leaves, so that we can offer the place to a family on the waitlist. The enrollment agreement says what happens to a month in progress.
Materials, extended care and other costs
Outside tuition and registration there are two costs: materials for the year, and extended care before 8:30 a.m. and after 3:15 p.m. Each is named on the enrollment page with what it covers.
